Hawklords

Hawklords are a British Space-Rock Band who were originally formed in 1978 from the ashes of The Sonic Assassins, by Robert Calvert and Dave Brock (of Hawkwind).

Hawklords return to the UK tour circuit to promote their 11^th studio album, Relativity. Sounding, at times, as if the music has fallen through a worm-hole from the classic 1970s era of space-rock and psychedelia, the new release explores themes including Artificial Intelligence, ‘machine learning’ and how Humanity can, in part, come to terms with all that entails.

Guitarist, Jerry Richards: “Perception depends upon where you’re standing when you witness what it is that you see, hear, or feel. As Albert Einstein said, ‘“Everything is relative.”’

JERRY RICHARDS:  Guitar & Vocals - veteran of the UK free festival scene of the 1980's. Lead guitarist, writer and producer with Hawkwind (1995 to 2000) and founder member of Hawklords.

DAVE PEARCE:  Drums - Dave has been a member of Hawklords since 2010 and he is also a member of renowned British psych-rock band, The Bevis Frond. 

MR DIBS: Bass & Vocals - Bassist, lead vocalist and a writer with Hawkwind (2007 to 2018). Mr Dibs joined Hawklords in 2021.
